FAQ Shipping + Returns
Shipping Information:
We offer shipping to US residents. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on your location. We use standard shipping services unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at hello@maiasoldesigns.com to initiate the return or exchange process, please include your order number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Please note the following:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at our discretion. If the item you want to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead. CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes.
